1. Can I order a pendant directly from you?
No, we do not sell pendants themselves. You can buy them directly from our partners, who can be found in the "Where to buy?" tab.
2. How do I register my pet?
Just scan the QR code and then provide all the data. The pet's profile will be created.
3. Can I edit the data?
Yes, just go to the pet's profile. Edit buttons will appear under its photo. After providing the correct email address, you will receive a link allowing you to edit.
4. I want to delete my account, how can I do that?
There is a button under the pet's photo in its profile. After clicking the delete button and providing the email address, you will receive a link to confirm the closure of the account.
5. Can I order a pendant with my pet's name?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option at the moment.
6. I sew dog accessories, I would like to offer my clients a WalkMeHome identifier?

7. How can I change an incorrectly entered email address when registering a pet?
Write us a message via the contact form, providing the tag code.
